  • We offer multiple ways of scheduling our services. The most popular and convenient method (in our opinion) is through our Pet Parent Portal. Our Pet Parent Portal will provide you the convenience of seeing our availability, detailed descriptions of the services we offer, and processing your payment, all through an online and mobile application.

    Other methods include:

    • Calling/texting us directly - We would be happy to walk you through our Portal or set up an account with you entirely on your behalf.

    • In Person - We are working hard to provide a safe and welcoming environment for your pup’s future stay with us. Call us today to schedule a tour first and we’ll gladly show you our facility. If you wish to sign-up, you can do so at that time!

  • For the health and safety of not just your dog but for all the dogs in our care, certain vaccinations are required to be up-to-date prior to scheduling any of our services.

  • Absolutely! We welcome you to continue establishing an account with us in your Pet Parent Portal. Just provide us with the name of your pup’s veterinarian and we will get a copy of their records for you! It’s important to note that although we encourage creating an account with us, you won’t be able to schedule any services until we have a valid copy of your pet’s up-to-date immunizations. If you have any questions about records or immunizations, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.

  • We currently do accept intact males. However, we regrettably can not provide our services to intact females at this time. If you have an intact female and would like to utilize our services, please check back in with us as we’re hoping to provide this service in the future.

  • It is our mission to create recognizable value in the quality of lives for both animals and owners alike. The only way we can do that is by understanding and hearing the needs of our community. While we can’t guarantee any services or special accommodations that aren’t advertised, we strongly encourage you to always ask.

  • You are most certainly welcomed to text, call, or email us at any time to inquire about your dog’s stay, but with our Pet Parent Portal, you won’t have to!

    When your dog stays with us, whether it’s for an evaluation, daycare, or boarding, you can expect to receive daily report cards that includes photos, videos, and updates on how your dog’s day has gone!

  • Cancellation Policy - Paws & Pastures, LLC
    Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Be sure to read and understand the cancellation policy related to the services you are requesting. Once a deposit is made - the cancellation policies will take effect. It is important to know that if you wish to cancel, you must call Paws & Pastures, LLC directly at (907) 214-0985 in order to ensure that any refund due is timely processed.

    Evaluation & Daycare
    Our Evaluation and Daycare services are 100% fully refundable in the form of "Store Credit" when a cancellation has been made prior to 7 p.m. on the day preceding your scheduled reservation. Any cancellations made after 7 p.m. on the day preceding your scheduled reservation will be considered as a no-show and forfeit any form of refund.

    Boarding
    Our Boarding services are 50% refundable when canceled at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled reservation's time of arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled reservation are strictly held to a no refund policy.
